At RICTOR, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are fully equipped for peak performance. If your equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange immediately.
